My father was initially found to have low hemoglobin levels, and after a series of diagnostic investigations—including endoscopy and histopathological testing—he was diagnosed with a rare type of gastrointestinal condition known as a Neuroendocrine Tumor (NET), a slow-growing neoplasm originating from the gut.
Naturally, we were very concerned, but Dr. Santhosh took the time to explain the condition thoroughly, which gave us immense clarity and reassurance. Further evaluations confirmed that the lesion was localized and had not spread beyond the gastrointestinal tract.
Dr. Santhosh performed a highly advanced, minimally invasive endoscopic procedure known as EFTR (Endoscopic Full-Thickness Resection) to completely remove the lesion. Remarkably, I later learned that this technique had rarely been performed outside of Bangalore, and this may have been one of the first such successful procedures in the region.
The entire procedure was non-surgical and painless. Within 12 hours, my father was able to resume oral intake, and he was discharged the very next day—something that would not have been possible with conventional surgical intervention.
We deeply appreciate Dr. Santhosh’s clinical expertise, patience, and commitment to pioneering such advanced endoscopic solutions. I would highly recommend him for the evaluation and management of complex gastrointestinal lesions and neuroendocrine disorders.

Met Dr. Santhosh for some Gastritis/IBS related issues. He’s a wonderful doctor, very patient, knowledgeable, explains everything in detail so the patient doesn’t have any doubts. He would really make you feel at ease, with his behaviour and nature.
He also performed Endoscopy & Colonoscopy, both procedures were performed without any issues, and thoroughly explained all the images taken during the procedure. I would totally recommend him for any gastric issues.
